Response Time & Availability
How fast can you reach me in Milwaukee? ▾
Our average response time is 15–20 minutes across Milwaukee. We keep technicians stationed throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. When you call, we immediately locate the nearest technician and dispatch them to you. We'll give you an accurate ETA on the call.
Are you really available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? ▾
Yes — including holidays. When you call (414) 366-7448 at any hour, a real team member answers. There's no after-hours voicemail, no answering service, and no call centers. You speak directly with the dispatch team every time.
Do you cover the suburbs around Milwaukee? ▾
Yes. We serve the full greater Milwaukee area including Wauwatosa, West Allis, Waukesha, Brookfield, Oak Creek, Greenfield, New Berlin, Mequon, Franklin, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Glendale, Brown Deer, and many more. See our full Areas Served page.
Keys & Services
Can you make a key without the original? ▾
Yes, in most cases. We carry specialized equipment to cut keys from a lock's internal code or a vehicle's VIN — without needing the original. For most residential, commercial, and automotive locks, we can produce a new working key on-site.
Can you program transponder keys and key fobs? ▾
Yes. We carry professional transponder programming equipment for most vehicle makes and models including BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda, GMC, Dodge, Jeep, Infiniti, and many more. We program keys on-site in your driveway — often at a fraction of dealership cost.
What's the difference between rekeying and replacing a lock? ▾
Rekeying changes the internal pins of your existing lock so your old keys no longer work and you get new keys — without replacing the lock hardware. It's faster and more affordable than full replacement. We recommend rekeying when you move into a new home, lose a key, or want to change who has access. Full lock replacement is recommended when the lock is damaged or you want to upgrade to a higher-security model.
